NEW HERITAGE DESIGN
Henry Sage has been a professor at Northern Virginia Community College, Alexandria Campus, since 1983, following a career in the Marine Corps. He has used the Internet extensively in teaching, and has worked for four years at the college's Technical Applications Center teaching, mentoring and training staff and faculty in designing and using the World Wide Web for educational purposes. He was the Alexandria Campus webmaster for one and a half years.
For the past several years Mr. Sage has has pursued a Master Certificate in Web Design from EEI Communications in Alexandria, Virginia, a certified Macromedia, Adobe and Microsoft partner. At EEI he received training in Adobe GoLive, Photoshop and Illustrator and Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash as well as general courses in web development, art, and design. He received his certificate in June 2003.
Mr. Sage plans to continue to design web sites and teach part time as he nears retirement, but has no plans to stop working in the near future.
